OS was commissioned to provide tenant packages as well as building facelift (core-and-shell upgrades) for this 3-story building in Cherry Creek North- Denver’s exclusive shopping district

Sophisticated elegance; old-world craft with new-world airiness; and uncompromising attention to detail molded our design inspiration. The Jewelry store sales floor is functionally divided into high-end jewelry, fashion items, and impulse buying. Custom cabinetry with the client’s logos and corporate colors were designed by OS and procured internationally.

The Driving force behind exterior upgrade was the client’s desire to establish a high-end jewlwry destination. The team executed 3-color natural stone plinth and modeled plaster attic level.

Industrial quarters for custom jewelry fabrication and repair are located on lower level. Fabrication floor is equipped with provisions for precious metals welding, polishing, stone setting, and final finish.

The Upper level bridal shop features open floor plate and contemporary display with in-shelf lighting and enfilades of mirrored casework.
