The El Jabel Building has been a fixture in the Denver landscape since 1928. Keeping to the beautiful themes of the existing site, the proposed redevelopment increased density and integrated seamlessly with the painstakingly renovated existing landmark shrine that went through adaptive reuse.

A multi-use redevelopment plan, with luxury golf-course frontage living, retail, and extensive amenities were designed to complement the existing and beautiful El Jabel Shriner building as its centerpiece.
