Inspiration behind this ambitious boutique family mansion is contemporary interpretation of historic grandeur desired by the client.

We developed approached later termed ‘ISLAMIC BAROQUE’. This development call for patience: it will look its best when structures are a bit old and crumbly. We strived to deliver harmony of proportion and economy of resources and forms. We learned to understand and explain to the discriminating client the value of restraint.
