Our multi-family designs number in thousands. OS’s interpretation of building technology is not dipped in nostalgia or coated by stylistic preference. The challenge is to create communal homes that are both monumental and neighborly. It aims to bring the beauty; hide the scars inflicted by car culture; bring nature back to the landscape; sit lightly on its site; and combat the budget-subordinate stylistic regime. All that while developing economically and environmentally sustainable housing.
